Dr. Vipin Nautiyal is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Healthcare Professions at DIT University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. His academic journey includes earning Ph.D. in Microbiology from Gurukula Kangri (Deemed to be University), Haridwar, Uttarakhand in 2021, M.Sc. in Microbiology from HNB Garhwal (Central) University, Srinagar, Uttarakhand in 2017, and Bachelor in Medical Lab Technology from Swami Rama Himalayan University, Jollygrant, Dehradun in 2014.
Dr. Nautiyal’s research interests span various aspects of Microbiology, with a focus on isolation of bacteria from diverse sources, bacterial and plant metabolites, antimicrobial activity, and computational analysis. His scholarly contributions include publications in esteemed national and international journals. So far, he has published 7 research paper (Scopus, Web of Science indexed), and 1 book chapter in journal of national and international repute. He also participated as Resource Person in conferences and FDPs.
Before joining DIT University, Dr. Nautiyal gained professional experience at several organizations. He served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Lab Technology at Quantum University, Roorkee, and in the Department of Microbiology at Uttaranchal (P.G.) College of Biomedical Sciences and Hospital, Dehradun.
