A Student will be allowed for Semester/Trimester Registration only after clearing all dues including hostel fee, late fee etc. pending in his/her account on the date of Registration.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEPOSITING FEE:
All the students are required to deposit their fee online through iNxt ERP Portal link available under “ERP Login” Tab on DIT University’s website “dituniversity.edu.in” by using the login credentials provided to them.
Click on the “Fees” Tab and then on “Online Payments” Tab. Please fill the amount you have to pay in the blank field and proceed for payment through any of the available modes.
A. ONLINE PAYMENT
Fee can be paid through UPI/Debit/Credit cards or Net banking.
After successful payment of fee, student will get an online receipt for the same. Students are advised to take print of the online receipt and keep it safely for any future reference.
Please note that all the online payments are subject to realization. Actual credit of successful transaction of fee paid to student’s account may take 1-2 working day/s.
The fee payment will be subject to Convenience Charges as mentioned on Payment Page.
B. ON THE UNIVERSITY COUNTER
The fee will be accepted at University’s Fee Counter through Debit/ Credit cards/ UPI only in exceptional case. Cash will NOT be accepted.
Fee Payment Due Dates & Late Fee Rules
Students are required to deposit their fee within the stipulated time as mentioned below. We advise all the students to comply with the below mentioned schedule to avoid paying fine.
SEMESTER FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE
For New Admissions
The due date for payment of only 1st semester shall be as per the admission letter issued to them. For second semester onwards the following schedule will be applicable.
Late Fee Fine Rs. 50/- per day
Fine will be applied for any delay beyond the above-mentioned due date till the day of actual payment of dues as shown in the student’s ledger.
The above fine policy is applicable even if partial dues are outstanding.
