Ms. Nayyar joined the Department of Economics, SoLAM as an Assistant Professor in August 2023. She is an alumna of GCG College, Chandigarh and Doon University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She is pursuing her PhD in Economics from HNBGU. Prior to DIT University, she has served in Doon University as an Assistant Professor in Department of Economics, School of Social Sciences, Doon University from 2013 to 2020. During her career, she has been actively participating in various academic and non-academic activities. She has also provided Advisory and Counselling services to the students of different batches since 2013. She has successfully coordinated Field Surveys in collaboration with ASER Centre an autonomous research and assessment unit of PRATHAM organization for evaluating educational status of adolescent children for the year 2017, 2018 and 2019 consecutively. In addition to this, the concerned faculty has also conducted various field visits and educational tours.
