Dr. Rakesh Mohan is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at DIT University. Prof. Mohan also holds the position of Dean Students Welfare at the University. In his tenure as Dean, he has successfully organized major events of the university like YOUTHOPIA, SPHURTI, etc. He has over 21 years of experience in Academia. In past, Prof. Mohan has held several responsible administrative and academic positions like Chief Warden and Head of the Department.
Prof. Mohan did his Ph. D. in special functions from the Indian Institute of Technology- BHU, Varanasi in 1998. Professor Mohan has supervised several Ph. D thesis and UG thesis. He has published over 25 research papers in peer-review international journals and delivered several Invited lectures in National and International conferences. He also has published 03 books on Engineering Mathematics with repute Publishing Houses
