Gaurav Dhiman received his PhD in Engineering and M.Tech. in VLSI Design from Mody University of Science and Technology in 2018 and 2011 respectively. He received the B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Punjab Technical University in 2003. In 2004, he joined Adesh Institute of Engineering and Technology, Punjab as a Lecturer in the department of ECE. In 2007 he joined Mody University of Science and Technology as a Lecturer and in 2009 he became Assistant Professor (ECE). He joined the Department of Electrical Electronics and Communication Engineering (EECE), DIT University, Dehradun as an Assistant Professor in January 2021. He has total of 17 year of experience in academics, research and administration. Dhiman’s research interests lies in the fields of VLSI design, novel semiconductor devices, embedded systems and device physics. He has published number of research papers in reputed international journals. He has also participated in many international conferences.
