  • DIT University PhD Entrance Test (DUET) and Personal Interview for Winter session (Even) 2024-25 will be held at DIT University campus in Dehradun on December 07, 2024 (Saturday).

    Counseling Details

    Important Dates:

    • Last Date for Submission of Application: November 30, 2024 (Saturday) 05:00 PM
    • DIT University Entrance Test (DUET) offline for Non - GATE / Non-UGC-NET / Non-SLET qualified Candidate only: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM, December 07, 2024 (Saturday).  Reporting Time: 9:00 am.
    • Syllabus: as per latest GATE/UGC-NET/SLET syllabus and general/quantitative aptitude, reasoning, research methodology.
    • Personal Interview offline:  December 07, 2024 (Saturday), 2 PM onwards.
    • Candidates with valid GATE/UGC-NET/SLET score will not have to appear for DUET, and they will appear for Personal Interview directly.

     

    Declaration of Result and communication for payment of partial admission fee: December 11, 2024 (Wednesday)

    For selected candidates :

    • Offer Letter to Selected Candidates: December 17, 2024 (Tuesday)
    • Last Date for Remaining Admission Fee Deposit: December 22, 2024 (Sunday)failing which candidature will stand cancelled.
    • Physical Reporting at Registrar Office with all documents and to meet at department: December 26, 2024 (Thursday)
    • Course work mapping: December 30, 2024 (Monday)
    • Classes commence: January 03, 2025 (Friday)

    Note:

    • Regarding Stipend, DIT University Central Policy will be applicable (Subject to Availability).
    • All application received will be examined by the departmental committee and only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and interviews. The application fee is non-refundable in all cases.

    Documents required on the day of Examination and Reporting to Registrar Office:

    All Registered Candidates are requested to upload the documents listed below in the Admission Portal:

    • Class X Marksheet & Certificate
    • Class XII Marksheet & Certificate (In Relevant Stream)
    • Identity Proof issued by the Government (Preferably Aadhar Card)
    • Graduation marksheet & certificate (in relevant stream and subject)
    • Master’s degree certificate and marksheet in relevant subject (Minimum 55% marks mandatory)
    • Migration, Character & Transfer certificates issued by the last institution attended by the student
