    DIT University PhD Entrance Test (DUET) and Personal Interview for Summer session (Odd) 2024-25 will be held at DIT University campus in Dehradun on July 08, 2024 (Monday).

    Counseling Details

    Important Dates:

    • Last Date for Submission of Application: July 04, 2024 (Thursday) 05:00 PM
    • DIT University Entrance Test (DUET) offline for Non - GATE / Non-UGC-NET / Non-SLET qualified Candidate only: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM, July 08, 2024 (Monday). Syllabus: as per latest GATE/UGC-NET/SLET syllabus and general/quantitative aptitude, reasoning, research methodology.
    • Personal Interview offline: July 08, 2024 (Monday), 2 PM onwards
    • Candidates with valid GATE/UGC-NET/SLET score will not have to appear for DUET, and they will appear for Personal Interview directly.
    • Declaration of Result: July 12, 2024 (Friday)

    For selected candidates :

    • Last Date for Full Admission Fee Submission: : July 19, 2024 (Friday)
      *failing which candidature will stand cancelled.
    • Reporting at Dean RnC Office, and onboarding at Registrar Office: July 22, 2024 (Monday)
    • Last date to complete the interaction among faculty members and students to decide the domain of research and Supervisor allocation: July 26, 2024 (Friday)
    • Course work mapping in academia portal: July 30, 2024 (Tuesday)
    • Classes commence: August 01, 2024 (Thursday)

    Note:

    • Regarding Stipend, DIT University Central Policy will be applicable (Subject to Availability).
    • The semester fee will be deposited through Academia portal, Admission id will be provided in the Admission Offer Letter

     

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

    All Registered Candidates are requested to upload the documents listed below in the Admission Portal:

    • Class X Marksheet & Certificate.
    • Class XII Marksheet & Certificate (In Relevant Stream)
    • Identity Proof issued by the Government (Preferably Aadhar Card)
    • Graduation marksheet & certificate (in relevant stream and subject)
    • Masters degree certificate and marksheet in relevant subject with minimum 55% marks overall. (mandatory)
    • Migration, Character & Transfer certificate issued by the last institution attended by the student.
